Restaurants aren’t equipped to prepare a good pizza without the right mechanical equipment—and Climatisation HVAC was up to the task. Roberta’s Pizza is a neighborhood institution, culinary destination, and global empire with locations in New York, Los Angeles, and Nashville. When they hired us to work on the commercial air conditioning and heating equipment, ducting and venting, and air devices in their Studio City space, we took a custom approach to commissioning of all their mechanical equipment
