Working directly with clients and stakeholders early in their careers, our team was able to fine tune our unique approach to HVAC systems design and integration, and come to an understanding that collaborative efforts yield the best results, for crews and clients alike. Founder & President
Our founder learned a great deal from her mentors—some of the best mechanical engineers in the HVAC industry—and she knows what it takes to excel as a woman in a male-dominated space. She recently received “Empowered Women for 2024” and “Top Executive in HVAC of the Year 2024” awards from the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP). Driven and passionate, the stationary air conditioning and heating engineer notes she always hopes to learn and grow.
Yesy also emphasizes the value of experience. The self-made entrepreneur holds her master’s in business administration and leverages the knowledge she’s gained to run her woman-owned company. She believes HVAC is an art as much as it is a science, and Yesy guides her team in expertly solving complex problems. At every turn, she crafts cutting-edge heating and cooling solutions that meet code, work efficiently, and blend seamlessly into their surroundings.
In her spare time, Yesy does charity work for children in Mexico and Guatemala. She is humble to her core and thankful for the values her mother instilled in her. In fact, her mom—and her mentors’ expertise—has made her the person she is today.
